LED-UV inks offset rubber roller

UV-LED printing technology is increasingly popular thanks to its advantages in quality and processing costs compared to traditional UV printing technology. However, UV-LED ink printing has a stronger impact, swelling the elastic material on the printing roller more than conventional UV ink. The choice of materials to increase the life of rubber roller is based on the factors of washing solvent, UV-LED ink grades that customer is using and the cost of restoring the printing roller.
